Our SMS Bill Advisory Service provides :
- Account Number
- Consumer Name
- Total Amount Due
- Due Date
To ensure you receive your bill advisories, please keep your mobile number updated in our records. You may update your information by visiting our Customer Service Counter or call us at our Customer Service Hotline 0953-150-8948.
ANNUAL RENEWAL OF SENIOR CITIZEN DISCOUNT PRIVILEGE

To all our valued Senior Citizen Concessionaires:
In accordance with Republic Act No. 9994 (The Expanded Senior Citizens Act), Cauayan City Water District would like to remind all qualified concessionaires that your 5% Senior Citizen water bill discount is valid only for ONE(1) YEAR and requires ANNUAL RENEWAL.
For 2026, the District is conducting an update of your accounts. To ensure continuous enjoyment of your discount, please renew your application on or before June 30, 2026. Please bring with you your Senior Citizen ID or any valid Government ID bearing your date of birth and your latest billing statement.
Please note that failure to renew on the prescribed period will result in the temporary suspension of the discount pending submission of required documents.
